This is a repeat of morning post for the night owls. The guy on the left looks kind of like the guy who made me (with a lady). The guy on the right looks kind of like the guy the book I made (by myself) is about. It was printed this past week. It exists. 2D Cloud is currently offering some pre-order deals. Looks like my new book just got printed and is ready for pre-view and pre-order! These are in Minnesota so I haven’t seen them but they look OK in the pictures! They also peer-pressured me into doing a brief interview to spoonfeed the book to busy people which is printed in a pamphlet that you get if you order direct! After some dull teases here’s exactly one half of that two page comic I made for an exhibition about Baltimore which is now in its physical stage at the Maryland Institute College of Art’s Studio Center on North Avenue. It’s been up for maybe two weeks but I finally got to see it and it looks good. A MICA graduate student named Sara Barnes put it together. Google any pertinent information for details. I don’t know how long the show is up. See it now!

Putting a little extra flour in the gravy that is the ramped-up lead-up to the release of Strong Eye Contact: again on the early side of ramped-up lead-up but this flour expires soon: made this for Noel Freibert’s Tortured Page exhibition at Current Gallery in Baltimore, MD. Avoided prior online exposure but figured it could encourage folks to check out all the other razor-sharp sheets up on display between now and Easter when the doors close. Cool cool stuff by cool cool tots. Familiarity with Mr. Freibert’s work will explain a lot about my picture. Also he may or may not have shared womb-space with a guy named Finley. Enjoy life!
Pee-pull, pee-pull (cf. Mick Jagger at Altamont): worked up the courage to get to panel number two of page two of slow slow work-in-progress Yule Log. Other “big news” is finally finished book cover, etc. for Strong Eye Contact, the contents of which this site was created to display temporarily before proper physical manifestation.
